Membership Drive is August 1st through September 30, but you can join now for the 2026-2027  membership year.  You can still join at anytime here, but there is no guarantee you will be included in the printed directory after the close of the drive.  Check out the Benefits of HNHA page to read about the many benefits of membership!

MTK App 

Did you know you could access HNHA information from your phone? Simply download the Membership Toolkit (MTK) app from the app store, and sign in with same credentials you use to log in through our website. The app includes the same information as the website as well as a searchable membership directory. Check it out!

Sidewalk Replacement Program

Maintenance of sidewalks is the responsibility of the homeowner.  The City of Dallas does have a cost sharing program that is available to those who may need to repair the sidewalks adjacent to their property. Here is a link to a City of Dallas brochure that describes the program:  Sidewalk Replacement brochure

Alley Address Signs

Has your alley address fence sign worn poorly in the Texas weather? Maybe you had a new fence installed or just moved in and need one? If you are interested in ordering a new one, we have found a different vendor. FastSigns will make them on an individual basis for just $25.00 plus tax. (Please note that there is a 3.00% credit card surcharge or you can pay with e-check). The new signs are made of aluminum with a laminate so hopefully they will last longer in the elements than the metal ones.
